Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

The service

Pragati (pragati.ninana.in), a product of Ninana ("we", "us"), is software that helps construction contractors plan and run their contracts — schedules, procurement, site records, workforce, and books. By creating an account or using Pragati you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. You are responsible for the people you add to your organisation and for what they do in it. Keep your credentials safe and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

Your data

Everything you enter or upload — projects, documents, records, books — remains yours. You can export it at any time, including a Tally export of your books. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and billing

  • Prices are in INR, exclusive of GST (18%), and payable through Razorpay by card, UPI, or net banking.
  • The Pragati subscription is billed monthly in advance. Introductory pricing, where offered, applies for the stated number of billing cycles and then steps up to the full price — we notify you before the first full-price charge.
  • Pragati Lite is a one-time fee per project.
  • If a payment lapses, your account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, and it reactivates when payment resumes. Nothing is deleted.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Use Pragati only for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, resell access, or upload content you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

What Pragati is — and isn't

Pragati produces plans, quantities, schedules, and summaries to help you run your business. They are working aids, not professional, legal, or contractual advice. You remain responsible for what you submit to departments, for your contractual obligations, and for verifying figures before relying on them. We provide the service "as is" and, while we work to keep it available and correct, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost contracts.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Pragati and cancel your subscription at any time. We can terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Either way, you can export your data, and our Privacy Policy governs what happens to it afterwards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be notified inside the product.
