Refunds & Cancellation

The short version

Try before you pay, cancel anytime, and if a charge was a mistake, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel any subscription at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for; after that the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
  • If you write to us within 7 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full. After 7 days, the paid period simply runs out; we don't make partial or pro-rata refunds.

Pragati Lite (one-time, per project)

If you've paid for Lite and haven't yet generated a schedule for that project, we'll refund it in full on request. Once a schedule has been generated, the fee is non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days, and include the GST charged on the refunded amount.

How to ask

Email contact@ninana.in from the email or mobile number on the account, with the payment reference. That's all we need.
