Privacy Policy

Pragati (pragati.ninana.in) is a product of Ninana ("we", "us"). It helps construction contractors plan and run their contracts. For anything in this policy, write to contact@ninana.in.

• Account details — your name, mobile number, and email, used to sign you in and reach you.
• Your business records — the projects, documents, schedules, workers, vendors, attendance, measurements, and transactions you and your team enter or upload. This data is yours; we store and process it only to run the service for you.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and plan details; we never see or store your card or bank credentials.
• Technical logs — standard usage and device information (IP address, browser, pages used) to keep the service secure and improve it.

To provide Pragati to you and your team, to support you, to bill you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records for advertising. One contractor's data is never visible to another — your rates, quotes, and books are visible only to the people you add to your organisation.

Your data is hosted in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up regularly. Access within our team is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Only service providers we need to run Pragati: cloud hosting, Razorpay for payments, and Meta (WhatsApp) when you choose to send a message from Pragati. Each receives only what is necessary for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.

For as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only and your data stays intact so you can export it or resume. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; we will delete it after providing you an export, except records we must retain by law (such as tax records).

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and you can raise a grievance about how it is handled. Write to contact@ninana.in — we respond within 7 working days.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be notified inside the product.
